The remarkable arrival of the granddaughter of Elizabeth II at the equestrian show
A Gallop Through History is a show with more than 500 horses and 1000 artists. It was staged as a tribute to Elizabeth’s 70-year reign and will be open to the public during the Platinum Jubilee festivities. This Wednesday night, a preview of the show was played for a select few.
Among those honored to attend the first performance of the show was 33-year-old Princess Beatrice. Princess Beatrice, the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew, was accompanied by her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38. Princess Beatrice was particularly noticed in her evening dress, with patterns of small flowers.
The mother of the little Sienna Mapelli Mozzi had once again trusted the brand The Vampire’s Wife to dress her. She also wore large drop earrings in silver, in the shape of feathers. Although hidden by her long dress, we can guess that she wore black platform shoes on her feet.
The show was staged as part of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, an annual equestrian competition that Queen Elizabeth II loves to attend. The appearance of Princess Beatrice, 10th in the order of succession to the British throne, comes days after learning that she would not be able to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony, due to the Queen’s decision to only accept family members who work for the Crown.
