Sophie of Wessex’s day was filled with joy and hugs at the Charlbury Community Center. The Countess of Wessex, 57, was able to meet members of the center during her visit on May 17, 2022. During this sunny afternoon, Sophie of Wessex was able to socialize with young children. The meeting between the Countess of Wessex and the students resulted in some tender images. At the Charlbury Community Center, Prince Edward’s wife learned how residents mobilized during the pandemic. “Two hundred volunteers helped more than 600 residents throughout the containment, as part of a support system set up in 2020,” reports the Daily Mail.

For her May 17 visit, Louise and James Mountbatten-Windsor’s mom chose a very flashy dress. The 57-year-old countess sported an elegant dress in flashy pink. Radiant, Sophie de Wessex accompanied her dress with a pair of beige stilettos. In her hand, the Countess of Wessex holds a clutch decorated with leather flowers. To complete her look, the wife of Prince Edward has styled her shiny blond hair in a high bun. Two locks frame her face with natural makeup and her beautiful blue eyes.

The children at the Charlbury Community Center were particularly excited to meet the Countess. The latter did not hesitate to kneel down to talk to the children while showing her biggest smile. The daughter-in-law of Queen Elizabeth II received many hugs from the children. One boy gave her a tender hug, according to the Daily Mail. The same boy then enjoyed leaning on her back to give her one last hug. To end her day, the Countess of Wessex planted a tree before cutting a Union Jack cake. Sophie of Wessex’s visit to the Charlbury Community Center in West Oxfordshire is part of the jubilee celebration of England’s Queen Elizabeth II, 96.
