Princess Charlene in the hospital: The mother of twins shares her memories with young parents

Princess Charlene is back in the hospital. Fortunately, no stay was planned for her. Now it’s her turn to meet the patients of the Princess Grace Hospital Center. The wife of Prince Albert II visited the maternity ward, sharing her experience as a mother of young twins.

Charlene of Monaco visits the hospital to share happy moments with young parents

Happy memories came to the surface when Princess Charlene, 44, visited the Princess Grace Hospital Center (PGHC) this Monday, July 4, 2022. It was here that on December 10, 2014 she gave birth to Princess Gabriella at 5:04 p.m., and then to Hereditary Prince Jacques, two minutes later.

During this visit, Princess Charlene was accompanied by Frédéric Platini, Secretary General of the Monegasque Red Cross and Dr. Mathieu Libératore, a doctor at the hospital and a member of the Monegasque Red Cross Board of Directors.

Maternity memories for Princess Charlene

Princess Charlene met with young parents and newborns. The young mothers shared their recent experience with the princess. The visit took place two days after celebrating her coral wedding anniversary. On July 1, the royal couple celebrated their 11th civil wedding anniversary, followed the next day by their religious wedding anniversary.

On Monday, Princess Charlene visited the hospital alone. At the same time, Prince Albert II went to Bremen, in northern Germany, to attend a conference on the protection of coral reefs. The week before, Charlene, Jacques and Gabriella accompanied Albert II to Norway to attend events related to Albert I’s life as an explorer.
