Jazmin Grace Grimaldi becomes owner of a sumptuous villa in Hollywood

Jazmin Grace Grimaldi has not only a resemblance with her grandmother, the young woman would also like, like Grace Kelly, to make a career in the cinema. To run the castings and link the shootings, the eldest daughter of Prince Albert II of Monaco has offered a magnificent house on the hills of Hollywood.

Jazmin Grace Grimaldi paid 700 000 dollars more than the initial price

Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, who turned 30 this year, has given herself a great gift. The daughter of Albert II and Tamara Rotolo has just bought a villa with a view of Hollywood. It is in the Outpost Estates neighborhood, bordered to the north by the famous Mulholand Drive, that Jazmin will live from now on with her companion, the singer Ian Mellencamp.

According to the media Dirt, which obtained the deed of sale, allowing to identify the happy new owner of the place, the house was very popular. Indeed, it was put on the market for the sum of 2.6 million dollars and it was sold in just one month, for the final amount of 3.3 million dollars. It would seem that Jazmin had to compete with other interested parties in raising the stakes.

Prince Albert II’s daughter moved to Outpost Estates

Jamin Grace Grimaldi bought her new home from a Beverly Hills businesswoman. The house was built in 1965 but has undergone a radical renovation in recent years. Jazmin will now have Winona Ryder, Felicity Huffman, Russell Brand or Madelaine Petsch as neighbors.

As you can see from the photos shared on Dirt, this house of almost 220 square meters has three bedrooms and as many bathrooms. The total size of the land surrounding the home is 690 square meters. According to Dirt, she would have a view of the “Hollywood” sign from her home, with her living room overlooking a huge bay window.

The house has three floors and is decorated sparingly. The villa is very bright “with Italian imported Carrara marble slab flooring, a sleek kitchen with high-end Thermador appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry, high ceilings and custom sliding glass doors throughout.” There is one small catch for Jazmin though, like most of these hillside homes in Hollywood, she doesn’t have a pool.
