Princess Charlene of Monaco: Emerald green pleated dress and minimalist beauty for her last outing

Wednesday, November 16, 2022, Charlene of Monaco and her husband, Albert of Monaco received the Red Cross at the royal palace for a distribution of packages.

With Monaco’s national holiday fast approaching, Albert and Charlene of Monaco participated in an event organized by the Red Cross. On Wednesday, November 16, they welcomed the humanitarian aid association to the Princely Palace. As every year, packages were distributed by the royal family to residents receiving aid in Monaco. According to the Red Cross, there are “600 households, residing in the Principality of Monaco or in neighbouring municipalities and having a link with Monaco, who are helped and accompanied by the staff of the section”.

Last year, Prince Albert of Monaco distributed the packages alone, but this year he was able to count on his wife, Charlene, to accompany him. In addition to the couple, Camille Gottlieb, Princess Stephanie’s youngest child, was also present at the event. At only 24 years old, the young woman is keen to show her support for the causes that are close to her heart.
Charlene of Monaco looks stunning in an emerald green dress

In 2020, Charlene of Monaco had caused a surprise by showing up at the event with a half-shaved head. This year, she wore a very short haircut, platinum blonde color. As for the outfit, the one who was particularly smiling during the whole event had opted for an emerald green dress. The piece was signed Akris, a Swiss fashion house. Finally, she had chosen to match her outfit with long black leather boots, Jimmy Choo.

Since the beginning of her relationship with the son of Grace Kelly, the former swimmer has shown his affection for the house Akris many times. Indeed, it was in a water green halter dress from the fashion house that she posed for her official engagement announcement photo in June 2011. The mother of Jacques and Gabriella had then worn other pieces during several events related to the Grand Prix of Monaco, for the national holiday or more recently during the Paris Fashion Week, in October 2022.
Jacques and Gabriella absent from the event

If Albert and Charlene of Monaco appeared particularly united on Wednesday, November 16, they came without their children. A notable absence since Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella have regularly appeared alongside their parents this year. This time, the two children were probably at school or kept by nannies.

As they prepare to celebrate their eighth birthday in December, the twins are becoming increasingly involved in royal life. During the summer, they attended several large gatherings of the principality. A good way for Albert II to prepare them gently for the future responsibilities that await them in the years to come.
