Coronation of King Charles III : Sarah Ferguson not sure to be invited

This Saturday, May 6 will take place the coronation of King Charles III. A very expected event, yet some personalities are not sure to be invited, this is the case of Sarah Ferguson.

Ex-wife of Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson is still very present in the circle of the royal family. The mother of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, has received much advice from Queen Elizabeth II. However, as the coronation approaches, Sarah Ferguson, who is in the midst of promoting her new historical novel, A Most Intriguing Lady, is not shy about making confidences about the preparations for this historic day.

During an interview with Extra TV, in the United States, Sarah Ferguson was asked about the coronation of King Charles III and his presence. The duchess revealed that she had not received an invitation before saying that “they have not been sent yet”. “I don’t know if I’ll be there because, you know, who wants me?” she said. It seems that the former wife of Prince Andrew is not sure if she will be invited to the festivities. This would have something to do with the fact that he is not sure to be invited and is currently going through a difficult period financially since he may have to move.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle invited to the coronation?

Recently, it was revealed that potential guests have been asked to hold the date before the official invitations are sent out soon. Yet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s spokesperson confirmed that the couple has received theirs. “I can confirm that the Duke recently received an email from Her Majesty’s office regarding the coronation,” the spokesperson explained. Although at the moment no final decision has been made regarding their participation, it would seem that nothing is final and everything can still change before the coronation, which will take place on Saturday, May 6.
